Richard originally qualified as a physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine and began working as a trainer for the Hogarth Group in 1991. He then trained and qualified at the prestigious London School of Sports Massage in 1998. Since then he has treated a wide range of clients from marathon runners to actresses and Lords; many of whom have been regular clients for over 10 years. Richard has always had a great interest in health and fitness and played cricket for Middlesex County Cricket Club and semi-pro football. He now runs his own London Based personal training business, regularly appearing in national newspapers and magazines (such as Grazia, You, She, The Guardian with his tips and advice on health and fitness.
